Pacific Elm’s existing portfolio is comprised of six Class A towers totaling 4.4 million square feet of office, residential, hotel and retail space. The firm’s development and adaptive reuse pipeline includes 9.7 million square feet of mixed-use property, including 2.8 million square feet of office, 4,400 residential units, 1,000 hotel keys and 500,000 square feet of retail.
