Multi-tenant Power Centers, Grocery-Anchored Shopping Centers, Neighborhood and Community Shopping Centers. Grocery-anchored is strongly preferred, but not required. The acquisition and value enhancement and/or redevelopment of large open-air shopping centers. Primary, Secondary, and Select Tertiary Markets throughout the Continental U.S. Minimum of $20,000,000, with Single Assets and Portfolios considered. Minimum of 150,000 SF in GLA.”
