JMC actively pursues opportunities to purchase existing apartment communities throughout New England. The age and condition of a property is not a factor, as we have the capacity to address significant structural and environmental challenges. Our primary areas of focus include Massachusetts and Rhode Island; the southern and central portions of Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont; and Connecticut from Hartford eastward. We will also consider properties in other New England locations. Typically, these communities have 100 or more apartments.”
